Episode #02 Popularity Poll
A solid performance once again from Billy as he gets the first official "Player of the Week" but that could all change this round. Jermin is now eliminated from the Polls and will return at the end for Player of the Season voting, so y'all now have just seventeen people to choose from. A quickie fact is that there were sixteen changes to the poll from Pre-Show to Episode #01, so if you want your favorite to do well now is the time to campaign because it could all change. You all get five votes to distribute across the players, we'd love to know your reasons why you voted for each person below don't be shy, your mother wasn't. Remember that 10 iS Pesos go to the winning player.

Bryan, T.J., and John get my first three votes for now. Because they are awesomesauce.

Zavi getting my fourth vote because there is something lolzy and endearing about him so far. I contemplated giving the fifth to Kurtis but after reading his confessional I actually kinda just think he's a bitch. Whoops. I did appreciate at first that his relationship with Jacob was one-sided until he reneged on that in his second round confessional.
I kinda wanted to give my fifth to Cody but then I have an issue with the fact that he has an issue with John who I think is a pretty sweet guy, and I don't really know the specifics about whatever drama they had in Lost Kingdoms.
The fifth might have to go to Billy, but that seems so Elissa/MVP to just give it to him. :3

Like Joe, I am very torn on whether or not to give a vote to Billy. I mean he IS awesome, but in comparison to his tribe it's hard NOT to be amazing. He hasn't ~really~ done much, mostly because he can't, I mean he is literally playing with a bunch of people who pretty much suck. I don't know if I want to reward him with a vote just for being the only salvagable thing out of AraƱa.
I definitively placed a vote for John, because he is everything I love in a player. I have also voted for Bryan and TJ because even though strategically they haven't done all that much I really like both and the fact everyone pretty much wants to align with them makes me think they are doing a lot more than we can see.
I am super conflicted with my other votes, I want to vote for Tina cause she is a clusterfuck but I feel it would be insulting to the game as a whole... I am also tempted to vote for TQ/Cody's one sided showmance, and Kurtis as they are all invested and playing. But I can't really pick, so I'll place the rest of the votes later once the episode develops more.

I very much agree with Joe on his views of Kurtis. I like that he is playing hard and playing well at this point, but he really does come off as too bitchy to like. I like a good villain now and then, but there is just something about Kurtis' level of bitchiness that I ultimately find off-putting.

Billy - Get strong Adrian vibes from him, he's knowingly told everybody that Jermin was the target and then he got Slayer to bid on the Idol removing him as a potential threat to secure any safety in the future and being the intended target. PLUS Joe is now super paranoid about Slayer.
Cody - On Aguila he seems to be the most laid back but upfront character. It's a decent balance because he's showing his tribe one side whilst we see the other. The fact that he was very surprised about his ranking as well shows that he didn't intend to do well in this game and have a little fun, maybe this will give him the drive to do something amazing.
Kurtis - He's the only guy on Serpiente wanting to make something big, he has his alliance, his sub alliance and his target all in the crosshairs and all that's needed is the trigger. Kurtis has wanted to play iSurv1vor for a few seasons and this is his chance to pull a move worthy of returning.
TJ - He is likeable, in a solid alliance with the Jack Daniels Crew and whilst he has TQ by his side he will also have Kurtis and that is a powerful alliance. Laid back, not going to let the game get on top of him. I can see him winning.
TQ - Whilst TQ hasn't done anything in terms of character development, he's a major player in the cross-tribe alliance between Aguila/Serp. We know his main alliance is with Kurtis but until they can get together we're not going to see much smack-talk or big moves. He got my vote based on potential for a great endgame.
It's all subject to change, John and Bryan are in contention but I need more from them.

I have not voted for Kurtis once so far, so.
I think I am doing TJ, Cody, Sassy, and Tina for sure. My fifth vote is up for grabs.

Tina for the lolz. Poor girl. She may cry if she reads what's been written about her.

Bryan, TJ, and John have my votes at the current moment because I think they're doing a good job at being likable and to me that's the most important thing early on in a game. We don't need blindsides in Round 1/2.
Billy gets my vote because a) namesake and b) because I just feel bad for the guy. I'm ok with him gaining a lot of iS points if he has to switch to a new tribe down in numbers.
Cody get's my 5th vote at the moment because I just don't see anyone voting him out for awhile and I think he's a well rounded player at this point. I also just really love the Red tribe.
TQ and Kurtis lost my vote due to what I've been reading in their confessionals.

TQ and Kurtis lost my vote due to what I've been reading in their confessionals. Why don't you share instead of keeping us all in the dark?

My votes for this week:
Billy, Cody, John (has not yet changed since the season started)
T.J. and Bryan get my other two votes for playing the best social games of episode 2 and ensuring their safety for at least a few rounds. T.J.'s confessionals have also started to take shape and he is actually pretty funny.
