Take a seat guys, welcome back to Tribal Council.
Whether it's bad luck or ulterior motives, tonight the fifth person is leaving the game. Make sure it's not you.

Below you will find a set of questions addressed to everyone. Everyone must reply below with their answer and if you do not - you will receive a self vote. Also, there’s a group of questions that everyone in the tribe must answer. All questions are to be a response in this thread. Please feel free to say what's on your mind, express yourself because this might be your last opportunity to possibly change your fate in this game. You're actively encouraged to talk amongst yourselves in Tribal... you're the ones calling the shots!

After an individual has answered their questions please go into your confessional and cast your vote in your voting thread.

Below you will find a blank piece of parchment. Save it to your computer and decorate it however you wish, but please include the name (or nickname) of the person you are voting out. When you are done decorating, save the parchment again, upload it, and post this in your confessional as your vote. Accompany this parchment with a reason.

Bryan - When does the mentality shift from keeping the strong players in order to beat your opponents to "now we gotta get rid of them"? Explain.

Dashon - Is there anybody on this tribe that you're a little suspect about? Explain. 

Jacob - Talk about life when you're not competing or voting people out - what's the drive to keep your social game strong? Explain.

John - What is the big concern about Aguila? It seems no matter where they go Immunity just follows them! Explain.

Sassy - You went from six, to five, to seven and now you're going back down to six members after tonight. How important is it to be social compared to just being a competition beast? Explain. 

Slayer - If we look at tribal lines, 3 Aguila, 2 Serpiente and 2 La Arana. Has there been talk of any cross tribe alliances? Do the Aguila on this tribe control the vote tonight? Explain.

TQ - Is tonight a crucial move? Is this group going to cut the dead weight or has the mood shifted and now it's who's best friends with who? Explain.

Once it's locked in, editing your post is forbidden. The owner will be revealed with Tribal Council results and all votes cast against them will not count.

Instructions

1. All castaways eligible to vote have until WEDNESDAY JULY 31ST AT 4:00 PM (EST) to answer their question(s) and upload their vote/bid in their confessional with an accompanying reason.

2. Once your vote is in, it is final. No re-editing or deleting the thread, we will check the security logs.

3. Your bid must be accompanied with your vote.

4. You must inform all members of Staff if you require to vote through a different method (Facebook etc.) if you cannot vote in your Journal for whatever reason. There is no guarantee of which host will post results so covering all bases is essential. This is your only warning.

That mentality usually doesn't come over me. I like to keep strong players on my tribe the entire time because I feel safer having immunity because anything can happen with an idol in play.

With the idol, it's either gotta be a blindside or split vote every time, and a blindside is much more work.

I don't know if I have a big concern about Aguila. We were one turn away from winning this challenge, and second place is nothing to sniff at. I'm sure we'll get them next time.

I'mma echo Bryan's sentiments on the idol. A split vote just sounds a whole lot cleaner.

I know crying rub it in . I think it's extremely important to be social and build connections with your tribe mates. I think sometimes voting comes down to who is the least favourite on the tribe and who doesn't take the time to build connections with the other people on the tribe, so yeah it's huge.

I agree with Bryan, the idol will most likely always cause a split vote.

Yes, there is. Their actions are a little hard to understand strategically. Hopefully this is just a huge misunderstanding on my part, but if not, the tribe needs to focus on some more important targets to save their own selves so they may win immunites, and not lose them.

Yes, of course it has, just like everyone else. It's a little scary but I don't think it's going to be a split vote.

It could factor in, but I don't feel like anyone is gonna go for it, maybe a bid or two but I doubt it'll affect the vote

Not really, I think even though there's tribal loyalty, were thinking of this as one big group. Nobody aligned with anybody just cause of past tribes

Well I mean, more than anything is a social game. I know that right now we're split up in tribes and what not and you know performing well matters - but once merge happens all that goes out the window and all that honestly matters is the relationships you've made with people.
I know I'm in a little bit of trouble this Tribal Council because of the challenge, although I feel pretty dumb because I did do it I just think I either forgot to post it or posted it in the wrong spot. Oops

I mean yeah that's definably factored into my strategy for tonight, although I think I'm pretty much done honestly. I wasn't here the entire day last night - I didn't get a chance to speak to the other members of the tribe to try to work up a case for me to stay and I also work at 3 PM today so I'm not going to get any chance to campaign throughout the day either
I don't want to sound like I'm throwing in the towel but...I'm throwing in the towel - I'm 90 percent sure that it'll be me tonight.

Tonight could be a crucial move depending on what happens. If we lose a strong player, that could totally mean us losing in the future. I think the reason we lost this time was a fluke, just because there were so many issues with the challenge. Hell, I didn't even know there was a second challenge till I saw this thread! Lol... But I think we'll make the right decision whatever it is.

I think if someone thinks they're going to leave.. and they really are leaving, then there will definitely be a split vote. But if the person doesn't think they're leaving, or just isn't there, then it may not matter.
